The successful recipients of the University Women’s Club of Oakville Scholarship Fund awards for 2022 have been announced. These young women were selected from the city’s publicly funded high schools, based on high academic achievement, outstanding community service, and demonstrated leadership.
We are pleased to announce scholarships of $27,500 in total to help local students with their educational journey. We thank the CFUW members and their families and friends who have donated to the scholarship fund. We especially thank the families of Richard Garnett, Ruth Schatz, Lilian Fulford and Miriam White who sponsor named scholarships in memory of a loved one.
